The Trappers Pole

44"long, one piece pole with heavier handle pin, upgraded metal handle. 

An affordable catch dispatch pole that is a must on the line for handling nontarget catches to release or use as to dispatch animals quickly. Spring-loaded cam action pistol grip leaver for dispatching. Rust free powder coat finish 3/32 stainless steel wire rope 7x7 strand 304 grade and you can use just about any type cable you prefer, it takes about a minute to change the cable if you desire.

Instructions for use:
Pull cable snug around neck then either remove from trap to release, or  to dispatch pull snug and give handle NO MORE THAN 5 PULLS MAXIMUM TO  TIGHTEN. That is all that is needed to quickly dispatch any animal,  pulling more on the handle will not make a quicker  kill and only risk breaking the trigger. The animal should be  immobilized almost instantly after a couple of pulls ( NO MORE THAN 5  PULLS MAXIMUM) of the trigger, if not you need to release tension and  adjust the placement of the cable around the neck while  the animal is still in the trap. Perfect placement should be two to  three inches from the base of the head around the neck only.
